About the project and position:

The project focuses on continuous development and transformation of the current reporting platform designed to provide on-time and accurate data while empowering users through democratized data assets. These assets can be utilized to create insights and dashboards on demand. The platform features a centralized data repository that meets all reporting and analytics needs.  

We are seeking an Intermediate Data Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in the same or similar role.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilize AWS Glue jobs to ingest data from various sources, including RDBMS (RDS), S3, and external APIs, into data lake, mirroring the source data as "raw" tables.
• Transform data through Glue jobs to create "curated" tables that are meaningful for business users.
• Deliver customized reports to partners and external sources using S3 transfers or SFTP via the transfer service.
• Provide access to curated data via QuickSight for self-service dashboard and report creation.
