Miloš has a strong background in recruitment and human resources development. He graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University in Belgrade. He is responsible for attracting the best talent to Enlight Engineering, managing the well-being of the employees, and implementing the company strategy.
Prior to his role in Enlight Engineering, Miloš worked as an HR professional for 6 years, making him proficient in not only the best practices for recruitment, but also general HR processes. This vast expertise has offered him multiple perspectives allowing him to offer the best possible experience for both future and current employees.
